We offer three price tiers of membership, which unlock increasing benefits, including everything from skip-the-line, free coat check, and member-exclusive channels on Discord, up to unlimited free entry, half-off tickets for your friends, merch gifts, and much more. Make sure to browse the tiers and benefits to choose the plan that is right for you.
Once you become a member, you’ll receive a digital membership card, which can be added to your Google or Apple Wallet and will serve as your key to the venue - simply show up with your digital card and a matching photo ID, and our staff will help you redeem all of your benefits on-site.
All members with ticketing discount perks will be required to reserve tickets in advance for the events they wish to attend - your reservation secures your discount and your guaranteed entry.
To reserve, simply log into your account on the Elsewhere website, navigate to the individual event page you’re interested in attending, and you’ll see a button for making a reservation. We highly recommend reserving tickets as far in advance as your tier allows, since all reservations are first-come first-serve.
Reserving your ticket in advance on our website guarantees entry, and all members should expect to pay for their discounted tickets at the door upon entry into Elsewhere night of. Cash, card, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
Once you become a member, you’ll receive a digital membership card, which can be added to your Google or Apple Wallet and serves as your key to the venue - simply show up with your digital card, our cashiers will scan to verify your membership, and you will be given your discount or free entry on the spot!
Please Note your membership must be active on the day of the event to claim your ticket(s).
Members can make a reservation in real-time night of (even while waiting in line!), as long as member tickets are still available. Please note that our cashier staff will only be able to check in members who have made a reservation - make sure to check that member tickets are still available online before traveling to the venue!
The vast majority of Elsewhere events will be eligible for ticket discounts, but members should expect the occasional exception. Our highest demand events will be first-come first-serve for member reservations, and may occasionally fill up. In other cases, events at Elsewhere organized by outside promoters may not be eligible for discount, if the event organizer chooses not to participate in the membership program. We believe exceptions will be rare.
If an event has reached its max capacity for membership reservations, the individual event page will display “Member tickets sold out” in place of the regular reservation button.
If an event is excluded from membership access, i.e., outside promoters or Elsewhere events held at other venues/locations, the individual event page will display “Event not eligible for member tickets” in place of the regular reservation button.
We always price the 50% discount based on the cheapest tier offered — your membership locks in permanent early bird pricing in addition to receiving the half-off discount.
Ticket reservations for members become available either during the pre-sale period, if applicable, or at the time when tickets go on general sale to the public. This ensures that members always have the earliest opportunity to secure their tickets.
Patron Saint (Tier 3) members can reserve their tickets as far in advance as they’d like. Sonic Explorer (Tier 2) members can reserve their tickets within 7 days of the event.
For all tiers, your membership must be active on the day of the show in order to receive the discounted member price.
Unfortunately, any tickets previously purchased before joining the membership program will not be eligible for refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
However, if you would like to offload your tickets, tickets can be put into the DICE waitlist, if sold out, for other showgoers to pick up. You can also transfer or give away your ticket(s) to friends wanting to attend the event!
Members of all ages are welcome, however please be aware that our events have age restrictions ranging from 16+ to 21+, and membership does not grant underage patrons admission to 21+ events.
For each visit, while verifying your membership at venue check-in with our cashiers, members will receive a comp ticket redeemable at our coat check for the free check of all member’s items.
Please note that coat check benefits will only be redeemable when our coat check service is open and operating - not 100% of our events offer coat check. Coat check is most reliably offered in Fall through Spring season, and for our biggest events.
Simply show your digital membership card to our front-of-house security or greeter employees stationed at either of the entrances to the venue, who will help process your skip-the-line entry.
In order to avoid logistical and crowd control issues, members are eligible to skip-the-line with two additional guests maximum.
Patron Saint members (Tier 3) receive a free merch gift when they join the Elsewhere membership program - just provide us with your mailing address and apparel size information in your member account panel when you sign up, and we’ll ship it out to you automatically!
Once you’ve joined the membership program, simply log into your Elsewhere account dashboard and press ‘Connect to Discord’ to join our server, unlock the exclusive channels, and begin interacting with the community.
If you’re unfamiliar with Discord, it’s a really great real-time chat app for community-building. Imagine joining a group chat, but instead of a few of your friends, it’s filled with hundreds (or thousands) of like-minded people organized around a topic like emerging culture. We believe this will be the inner core of our community in the future.
Of course! While most of our member benefits unlock perks at the IRL venue, we are always looking to grow our community and connect emerging culture fans across the globe.
You can still join us for exclusive chats in the Discord, merchandise discounts, and exclusive content - but most importantly, your out-of-town support goes a long way toward building a better nightlife culture. And hey, maybe we’ll end up in your city someday?
All membership tiers are billed on a monthly basis, however we kindly require our members for a commitment of one season (3 months). Members are able to cancel at any time, which would discontinue their membership and perks at the end of their current commitment period. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply log into your Elsewhere account, go to the "Manage Subscriptions" section, and click on the "Cancel Plan" button.
Unfortunately, canceling your membership releases all your upcoming reservations, as membership passes must be active on the event day to redeem tickets.
Yes, membership is defaulted to auto-renew, however members are able to cancel at any time, which discontinues your membership and perks at the end of their current commitment period.
By default, your membership is set to auto-renew each season (every 3 months). To avoid being billed for the following cycle, please ensure that you cancel your membership before the next pay period begins. If you forget to cancel before the next billing cycle, you will be billed for that cycle, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership period.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for memberships and all sales are final. So please make sure to manage your account in advance of each billing cycle.
Yes, you are welcome to rejoin at any time! Please note that the availability of certain tiers may vary.
