i usually wear comfortable clothes. probably an i love ugly top / outerwear piece and some type of flared pants. i like prints on pants a lot so maybe a neutral print. neutral colors in general.

i don't have a stylist or anything like that. i dress myself. i'm not opposed to it because they have knowledge of things that i don't, but i've never had the opportunity to.

in nü age, me, kent, and nik, we all have our own sense of style so we may ask each other's opinions on pieces but that's about it. we'll get the piece whether they like it or not haha.

Do you *make* any special pieces?

i feel like every piece that i make is special. i'm putting my energy into it in one way or another. i've been making a lot more designs and pressing shirts for merch lately. i did the lettering on the [fish mock neck s/s](https://www.chesterwatson.co/shop/p/fish-dont-climb-trees-oversized-short-sleeve-mock-neck-tee) –

and the supreme spoof [box logo for the 1997](https://www.chesterwatson.co/shop/p/1997-box-logo-shirt) –

i actually recently did get a sewing machine so i've been making a few pieces from scratch as well.

What kind of sewing machine?

singer heavy duty 6800C

i started off with making tees from raw material and i got to a point where i made a fire patchwork cut n sew. i ran out of material which led to the patchwork. i like the process. they can take 6 to 10 hours for me right now though. gonna hit some thrift stores for material, that's been on the to-do list.

Where does your sense of style come from? Any special sources of inspiration?

*chester*
my style comes from a lot of places. i like steampunk, i like anime silhouettes. things that i grew up on definitely stay tied to me. i like unorthodox color combinations. colors that work well together but don't necessarily match. the costumes for the tin man and the scarecrow from the wiz are big influences for me. i like tyler’s style as well.
